David Sitwell

David founded Conrad Adverting in 1988, which eventually became Accord Marketing.
After establishing itself as a leading media-buyer and creative advertising agency for the travel and tourism industry through organic growth, the business expanded by acquisition.
With a determination to provide the highest level of service and at the same time, incredible value for money, Conrad companies have remained lean and profitable, ensuring stability and opportunity for its many hundreds of employees over the years.

Jack Sitwell

With over seven years in technology, Jack has focused his learning within VC-backed early-stage businesses, ranging from outdoor and radio advertising through online training to medical.
His experience in operations and fundraising prove valuable when exploring opportunities with younger companies, particularly within the data and measurement sectors.
Always with a sensible commercial perspective, Jack has the ability to implement often unique and successful, scalable processes within portfolio companies.

Louie Sitwell

After earning his degree at Boston’s Northeastern University, Louie embarked upon a ten year career in the creative marketing and media-buying industry. He has been involved both client and agency-side for some of the largest and most prestigious agencies in the UK. Working across clients from global conglomerates to small independents, his agency experience and knowledge is extensive.
A graduate of the Chartered Management Institute, Louie is a Director of CGHL working closely with funders and potential investment businesses to ensure a fair and mutually beneficial relationship.

Director

He has more than thirty-five years experience in mid-market private equity with 3i, RBS private equity and latterly LDC where he was a managing director.
As well as co-founding ClearlySo, Europe’s leading impact investment bank and sitting on the Board as a non-executive director for 10 years, he is the Chair of the Investment Committee for Big Issue Invest.
A Cambridge Economics Graduate, we are thrilled to announce he is shortly to become a Director of CHGL.

Director

Starting her career with the Evening Standard, she became a Director of Associated Newspapers for almost twenty years. As well as running her own management consultancy, earning an Advanced Diploma in Professional Coach-Mentoring, she has been CEO of Accord Marketing for the last 10 years, where she has overseen profitable growth during a time of significant change in the media and marketing landscape.
A beacon for women in business, she brings with her over forty years of experience, and has established many of the values that that Conrad upholds today.

After selling his agency business to Havas in 2008, he left the re-badged Arena Media in 2013 to move into advising businesses in media and advertising at Board level.
He currently sits on advisory boards in the digital marketing space, advising businesses looking for fast growth through M&A strategies.
We are delighted to announce he is shortly to become a Director of CHGL.
